Exam and assessment information
We assess our professional qualification candidates in different ways according to the qualification. You may be asked to:
take a Pearson VUE electronic exam
sit a session-based exam
submit coursework or
undergo a combination of assessments.
Funding options
LIBF has a bursary fund available which is intended to support students studying a professional qualification.
The bursary fund is available to students who are:
in receipt of certain benefits
and come from a household income of under £25,000 per annum.
Recognition of prior learning for professional qualifications
Recognition of prior learning (RPL) allows you to use your existing qualifications and experience towards the entry requirements for an LIBF professional qualification.
You can make a claim for RPL as part of your application. We then assess whether your prior learning can exempt you from any of the units or modules.
