UK Financial Regulation (UKFR)
UK Financial Regulation is a key part of the apprenticeship standard for several industry roles and equips participants with a comprehensive understanding of the financial services sector.
About the qualification
UKFR offers an overview of the UK’s financial services sector, its structure, and its purpose. The course covers the rules and regulations that shape the industry, the role of the Financial Conduct Authority, and the various socio-economic factors that influence financial planning.
This foundational knowledge is essential for a wide range of careers within the industry. For example, UKFR is a compulsory component in both the Level 3 Compliance/Risk Officer Apprenticeship Standard and the Level 3 Financial Services Administrator (Adviser Firm or Network) Apprenticeship Standard.
UKFR is also a compulsory module on many of our other qualifications, so offers an excellent starting point for those looking to further their professional education.
While studying with us, you’ll become a Member of LIBF (MLIBF), receiving benefits including careers support and access to professional networking events.
