Level 3 Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance (CPSP)
When the economy’s in flux, landlords and investors depend on solid advice from brokers.
So we’ve worked with the experts – the Financial Intermediary and Broker Association (FIBA) and Bridging and Development Lenders Association (BDLA) – to devise training that will raise standards.
CPSP will consolidate and build your specialist property finance skills and knowledge, to help you work more effectively with brokers, lenders, solicitors and valuers.
You'll discover:
more about lender, broker and customer relationships
how to analyse lending propositions and structure suitable solutions and exit strategies
more about regulatory, compliance and fundamental business practices.
And once you’ve passed the exam, you’ll be awarded with a digital badge and a digital certificate so that you can easily demonstrate your professional expertise.
While studying with us, you’ll become a Member of LIBF (MLIBF), receiving benefits including careers support and access to professional networking events.
