Financial and mortgage advice CeMAP Diploma

CeMAP Diploma

A lot has changed in the mortgage sector in recent years. How do you keep up to date to ensure you can best support your customers?

The need to understand a wider range of options, solutions, risks, and implications, has never been greater for a mortgage professional.

CeMAP Diploma will help demonstrate to your clients and employers that you can offer a more advanced service – and that you’re willing to build your skills to become better at what you do.

If you have CeMAP – or an equivalent Level 3 mortgage qualification – you only need to complete one further module to get CeMAP Diploma.

You’ll expand your knowledge of the mortgage advice process, and learn about:

  • specialist mortgage products

  • why customer-focused advice matters

  • why sound communication and ethical behaviour are so important.

Develop your understanding of the financial impacts of both global and personal changes for your mortgage customers. With this new knowledge you’ll be better equipped to assess the risks which might apply to them and provide tailored advice to suit their needs.

While studying with us – as a Member of LIBF (MLIBF) – you’ll enjoy benefits of membership, including careers support and access to professional networking events.
