Empowering the next generation of banking leaders – our partnership with Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB)
We’re delighted to share that we’ve partnered with The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) to launch the Strategic Management and Leadership module, designed for mid-senior level banking professionals in Hong Kong. This exciting new addition to HKIB’s Certified Banker (CB) Programme has been designed to develop the strategic mindset and leadership skills needed to thrive in senior roles.
Our new partnership delivers cutting-edge leadership training for mid-senior level banking professionals in Hong Kong
The module is split into two dynamic parts. First, learners will dive into Unit 1 of our Strategic Management in Banking (SMIB) qualification, which covers essential areas like strategic planning, implementation, and management. Then, HKIB will bring in senior bankers from Hong Kong for live sessions to share their local insights and offer practical applications of the concepts learned, ensuring learners are equipped with real-world knowledge.
