New registrations accepted until November 2023. No delivery of qualification in academic year 2025/26 and beyond.
TAF is a Technical Award approved by the Department for Education and is included within DfE performance tables for both 2024 and 2025.
Why study the Technical Award in Finance?

Once registered, all delivering centres and their staff will have:
full access to our virtual learning environment
a detailed textbook for each unit, and full access to this online
resources for teaching the TAF, including full slides to accompany all topics.
Regular CPD sessions are delivered throughout the year. You will also have the full support of our dedicated regional relationship managers, all of whom have delivered financial education in the classroom.

The Technical Award in Finance (TAF) is for learners who wish to learn more about financial services, financial products and their application, and finance in business.
This is a vocational qualification that provides an enriching and detailed introduction to the world of finance. It focuses on applying learning to real-life situations.
