Role overview
We are seeking an Alumni and Employer Engagement Manager to join our team and drive engagement with our alumni community and corporate partners. This role is hybrid between London and homeworking.
Reporting to the Head of Careers and Employability, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance engagement with our Higher Education alumni community and establishing partnerships with employers to create recruitment opportunities for our students.
Key responsibilities
Your principal activities will include:
Alumni engagement

Role overview:
LIBF is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Application Tester to join our team on a temporary 12-month contract.
You will develop and execute testing plans for new system features and integrations to support improvements to business processes and customer experiences. Working in collaboration with application developers, you will source and/or create test data to ensure applications are tested appropriately and identify improvements/solutions to applications based on test results.
Coordinating and supporting user acceptance testing, you will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that system changes meet the agreed organisational objectives.
Skills and qualification:
You will have experience of software testing, ideally with a relevant certification or equivalent experience and knowledge of SQL.

To help The London Institute of Banking & Finance – a leading provider of financial education at the heart of the finance sector since 1879 – develop and deliver a range of digital learning and assessment programmes, we are seeking competent and reliable freelancers with expertise in the following areas:
Editorial and educational content production – efficient digital copy editing and development editing (using Word with tracked changes), proofreading, writing linking content and formative assessment questions in interactive formats for students, such as multiple choice or drag and drop.
Multimedia production – graphic design, audio and video production including filming, editing and animation using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, as well as voiceover artists.
Learning technology – creative flair and an eye for accuracy in using a range of software packages such as H5P, Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Zoom, Articulate 360 suite, Camtasia, Vyond, or equivalent, ideally with a working knowledge of D2L’s Brightspace virtual learning environment, HTML and CSS.
Freelancers will be expected to provide their own equipment and access to the relevant software. Any intellectual property created within an LIBF project resides with LIBF. Expertise in banking and finance subject areas is not required.
We are looking to create a panel of experienced freelancers to fulfil our requirements for current and future project-based work. This means that there won't always be projects across all disciplines with immediate work needed, but if your skillset meets our requirements we’ll be in contact. Moderator: reviews coursework, exams and marking schemes to make sure the syllabus is met at the appropriate level of difficulty, with unambiguous phrasing and technically correct information, offering constructive suggestions where elements should be changed and attending moderation meetings as required.

The London Institute of Banking & Finance is seeking to appoint seminar assistants for finance related courses at undergraduate levels 4, 5 & 6. The role will be to assist students in seminar groups solving problems/ exercises under the supervision of the module lead. All materials will be provided. The roles are based at our teaching facilities near Monument in London and each subject offers 1.5 or 2 hours per week starting in the second week of the first semester – the first week in October. The initial appointment will be for 6 weeks with the possibility of an extension for a further 6 weeks.

Duties and Responsibilities
